1. What CouponPing is

CouponPing is a real-time coupon map. Local businesses publish limited-time coupons, and customers nearby can discover them on the map and redeem them with a code at the store.

쿠폰핑은 실시간 쿠폰 지도 서비스입니다. 동네 가게가 한정 시간 쿠폰을 발행하면, 근처의 손님이 지도에서 발견하고 매장에서 코드로 사용할 수 있습니다.

2. Accounts

• Customers can browse without an account. Creating a free account unlocks saved coupons, favorite stores, and usage history.
• Business accounts are for store owners to register their store and publish coupons. You must be authorized to represent the store.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person; do not share logins.

손님은 가입 없이 둘러볼 수 있습니다. 무료 가입 시 쿠폰함, 단골 가게, 사용 내역을 이용할 수 있습니다. 사장님 계정은 가게를 대표할 권한이 있는 분만 사용해야 하며, 비밀번호 관리 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.

3. Coupons

• Coupons are published by stores, not by CouponPing. Each coupon's terms (discount, period, quantity, restrictions) are set by the store.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the store says so.
• A store may end a coupon early or refuse redemption in cases of fraud or abuse.
• CouponPing is not responsible for disputes between customers and stores, but we may remove coupons or suspend stores that violate these terms.

쿠폰은 쿠폰핑이 아닌 각 가게가 발행하며, 할인 내용·기간·수량·제한 조건은 가게가 정합니다. 쿠폰은 현금 가치가 없으며, 부정 사용 시 가게가 사용을 거부할 수 있습니다. 손님과 가게 사이의 분쟁은 당사자 간에 해결하는 것이 원칙이나, 약관 위반 시 쿠폰 삭제·가게 정지 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not publish false, misleading, or illegal coupons.
• Do not abuse redemption codes, create fake accounts, or scrape the service.
• Do not post content that infringes on others' rights.

허위·기만적인 쿠폰 발행, 코드 부정 사용, 가짜 계정 생성, 무단 수집을 금지합니다.

5. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — your saved data will be removed.

약관 위반 시 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴를 원하시면 문의해 주세요. 저장된 데이터는 삭제됩니다.

6. Liability

CouponPing is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of coupons or the service.

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

약관이 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후 계속 이용 시 새 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
